What is the ServerWiper ?
The ServerWiper is a plugin for Metamod:Source (www.sourcemm.net).
I made this plugin to fight against one of the worst thing in the Counter-Strike world : players with a bad behaviour, being unpolite, making team kills, team attacks, team flashs, etc.
Its goal is not to replace server admins, but to help them keeping peace on your server ;)
It cannot, of course, detect what the players are saying with the voice system, since voice recognition is a bit complicated and would probably require too much CPU from the server.
How does it work ?
The first time you join a server protected by the ServerWiper you get two types of points : behaviour points which are easy to regain but easy to loose and ban points which are - logically - less easy to win and loose.
If one of these two points are at 0, you are banned from the server.
Behaviour points represents your behaviour in a short period. These points permits an effective fighting against players making many team kills in a row for example, since if you do bad things quickly your points loss will be multiplicated by a ratio depending of the time of your last bad action.
Before you get banned you first get kicked 2 times.
Example : if you start with 100 behaviour points (default configuration) you will be kicked if you are at 66 or 33 behaviour points. When you go again on this server you will be notified that you made something bad.
To regain behaviour points say "hello" or "hi" when a player joins the server, plant the bomb or appologies yourself after having made a bad action.
Ban points represents your general behaviour, you only loose some of them if you do something very bad : Team kill, insult, etc.
You regain 1 ban point by playing 30 minutes on a server.
Was it tested ?
This plugin is running on 6 servers of my Counter-Strike Source team, the Frenchie's Fresh (french team :p ) (www.team-frenchie.com) since 12 month and has been upgraded many many times and bugfixed even more ;)

What does I need ?
- A Counter-Strike:Source server (not tested on listen servers, should not work in LAN servers since the plugin need steam id's to work)
- Metamod:Source 1.4.* (1.6.* version is planned)
- An ftp access on your server
- Read the installation instructions in the reame file
Is it free ?
Yes !
And by free I mean not only that it will cost you nothing to get it, but you can even get the source code and if you are a coder you can freely propose upgrades, bug corrections, and even make a fork of it.
It is released under the GNU/GPL for Linux and even (!) Windows :)
What are it's features ?
Wew, there are many features, but first let me say that this plugin can be customized with nearly 150 CVars !
The events detected by the plugin are :
- Player saying something (Insults, apologies, greetings)
- Team attacks
- Team kills
- Bomb planting/defusing
- Hostage attacking/killing/rescuing
- Team flashs (with a minimum flash duration to prevent punishment if the player get only a 300 millisecond blindness)
- Leavers (player which do something bad and leave immediately without apologies)
